Shipping and Returns

Freak Face Skin Care products are made and shipped from Canada. We currently ship our products to all states in the US and anywhere in Canada using Canada Post and USPS. 

Shipping is free on all orders over $75 and additional flat rate fees apply for all orders under $75. 

Canada Orders

$15 flat rate for orders under $75. Orders will take 1 to 3 days to be processed and once you’ve received your shipping confirmation with your tracking number, you should receive your products within 4 to 5 business days. 

US Orders 

$15 flat rate for orders under $75. Orders will take 1 to 3 days to be processed and once you’ve received your shipping confirmation with your tracking number, you should receive your products within 4 business days. 

International Orders 

At this time, we currently don’t ship Freak Face products outside Canada and the USA. 

All orders can be purchased with Visa, Mastercard, Interac, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, and ShopPay. 

When you place an order you can expect your package to be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. Please be aware of high volume processing times around the holidays and take shipping delays into consideration when placing your order. We recommend opting for local pick up if you live in the Calgary area. 

Please note that all packages are subject to shipping delays that are out of our control. If you haven’t received your products within the estimated time frame or your tracking number isn’t working, send us an email at info@freakface.co with your order number in the subject. We’ll submit a claim and track down your package with the shipping carrier. 

On the rare occasion your package is lost we will send you replacement products, free of charge, so your skin can be happy once again! 

Shipping Freak Face Skin Care products as gifts 

Simply enter the name and address of your fellow freak who you wish to surprise at checkout and we will take care of the rest! If you wish to send them a little note to wish them well, enter your message into the notes section prior to the checkout process. 

Return Policy 

We want you to completely love your Freak Face products, but we understand they aren’t for everyone - as much as we would like them to be! 

If your product just isn’t working for you, send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll start the process of getting your product returned. All returns are subject to additional shipping fees. 

If we receive your email outside of this 14 day window you will not be granted a refund. In this case, we encourage you to not throw out the product if it’s still in good condition, and gift it to a friend or family member so it still goes to good use.

Exchange Policy 

Since our products are hygienic and skin care we currently do not offer exchanges. We only offer returns within 14 days of receiving the product. All returns are subject to additional shipping fees.
